Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
The deadline for returning an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the item/items.
Credit card Fee and shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
If you don’t receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund. Contact us within 30 days of the last estimated date of delivery. When items are delayed but still in transit fancyshop may offer a partial refund, to offset shipping costs or fees.
Your Order Cancellation
All cancellation must be due within 8 hours of the time you purchased. We can not cancel your order after shipped your item/items.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: Attn: Fancyshop Returns RMA # 20 Portsmouth Dr, Scarborough, ON, M1C5E1, Canada .
Please note, you will be responsible for all shipping charges and risk of returning item/items. We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, then we will process your return.
Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Women Accessories
- When the product is used.
- Without its original packaging.
- Without the receipt or proof of purchase.
